Ten trees type Angsana and Asem Kranji on Jalan RE Martadinata from Tanjung Priok to Pademangan Sub-district, pruned, on Tuesday (5/31).

They (trees) have also dangled onto the road and disturbed the comfort of passersby

North Jakarta Parks and City Forest Sub-agency Head Elly Sugestianingsih said that those ten trees were already lush and dense.

"They (trees) have also dangled onto the road and disturbed the comfort of passersby," he expressed.

He expressed the pruning action involved nine workers plus two chainsaws and one truck.

"By so, it will minimize the potential for fallen trees when it rains," he stated.
